Soil Solidarity reserves the right to use donations according to the discretion of our board and dedicated community partners. If you would like the funds from your donation to be limited to certain projects, you must submit your request in writing ahead of time and your terms will be considered by the board prior to acceptance of the funds.

The land on which we gather is the occupied/unceded territory of the Numu (Northern Paiute), Newe (Western Shoshone), and Wašiw (Washo) people. In honor of these communities that are still suffering the effects of genocide, we set aside a % of donations for settler rent. These funds will be distributed to our Indigenous neighbors.
