COMMUNITY GARDEN INTEREST FORM

Hello There,

At Soil Solidarity, we believe gardens are more than food, they are places of belonging, wellness, and joy. We would love to partner with you to bring a vibrant, productive garden right to your community’s doorstep.

Our Offer
We partner with retirement homes, apartment complexes, neighborhood groups, and housing communities to design and maintain thriving garden programs. With your support, we provide:

  • Garden Setup – Accessible, productive garden spaces tailored to your property and residents’ needs.

  • Regular Maintenance – Our team visits on a set schedule to plant, weed, tend, and ensure the garden thrives year-round.

  • Food Distribution – Fresh, healthy, and culturally relevant produce is distributed directly to your residents. Any excess harvest is shared with other community members in need.

In exchange, your community provides Soil Solidarity with a monthly stipend that sustains our labor, seeds, tools, and soil amendments, keeping the garden flourishing and the food flowing.

Why Partner With Us?

  • Health & Wellness – Providing access to fresh, organic, nutrient-rich food.

  • Community Connection – Cultivating gathering spaces that reduce isolation and foster friendships.

  • Resource Sharing – Leveraging our existing networks to bring more materials and expertise to the space.

  • Skill sharing and education – Learning opportunities, workshops, and garden time.

  • Environmental Impact – Using regenerative practices that enrich soil and conserve water.

  • Ease & Reliability – Handling everything from planning to harvest so you can focus on your community.

Our Commitment
Our team is more than just gardeners, we are neighbors, teachers, and organizers who believe in the power of growing food together. We bring:

  • A passion for building green spaces that nourish both body and spirit

  • A commitment to cultural relevance, ensuring the food we grow reflects the people we serve

  • Care and consistency, so residents know the garden will thrive season after season

  • The belief that gardens create dignity, joy, and connection for everyone involved

We have seen firsthand how a simple patch of soil can transform a community: laughter shared over the first tomato, friendships sparked in the shade of sunflowers, and the pride that comes from eating food grown right at home.

We would love to meet with you to discuss how Soil Solidarity can cultivate a garden that brings fresh food and deeper connection to your residents. To submit an interest form see below, and we look forward to planting seeds of care and community together!

With care and compost,

Soil Solidarity
